The carpet cleaning was fine but whatever chemicals they used stained our tile. Their footprints were etched into the tile. When the owner himself came to look at the stains, he tried to blame it on our cleaning and even said it was a joke. We've had our carpet professionally cleaned without any problems for the last 10 years. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
