Our son had a Chem-Dry franchise in DC, so we were familiar with the Chem-Dry process. We started using Chem-Dry by the Millers in 1995. We were one of their first customers. We used Chem-Dry by the Millers for years ,then we changed to another company for a few years. We were never as satisfied with the new company as we were with Chem-Dry, we have now returned to Chem- Dry by the Millers and are very pleased that we did.
