Not a happy customer

I had my carpets cleaned early Dec. Had pet stains in bedroom. While the carpets looked great once completed, the stains have returned. I paid a lot of money for my service and am extremely disappointed. I have used company in the past and never had an issue. This time was different and will not recommend their service.
