Company was very reliable in arriving at scheduled times and following up with concerns. Job seemed to be very thorough and professional. There were a couple of the areas of the floor that we were not satisfied with and they scheduled a return visit to review. They then proceeded to buff the floors and they came out great. The rugs came out excellent and look brand new.
