We have used First Class for several years now, both for carpet cleaning and tile floor/grout cleaning. They are a great company! They show up on time, take precautions to protect wall and floors while they work, and they leave the carpet looking like new. Our carpet is 16 years old, but thanks to the care they give it, it still has life left in it. There are no strong odors to contend with after the cleaning is done, and the carpet dries overnight and is soft to the touch. Will continue to use First Class for our floor care needs.
