I ordered my product on Thursday and I received my stuff via UPS on Tuesday. After my order was processed which I figured was Friday it would be possible shipped that same day and I was expecting an email with a tracking number. I never got that and I called customer service on Monday and they said that it shipped and should be there the next day on Tuesday and she also told me that their system does not allow or is not set up to advise the customer when it was shipped and the tracking number . That really is my only complaint.
