Found it disturbing that I could order Wagner Zip Letters on your website. Charge them to a credit card, and have the order approved. Then I received an email that the order couldn't be filled because your company has not sold that product for two years and you can't figure out how that sale happened. The credit card charge was refunded, however. Still poor attention to your website offerings.
