The design, materials choices, and build were relatively seamless when I compare our build with other people building pools in the area. I appreciate the project plan I'm providing the transparency I like to know where we are in the process, and when I can expect crews at my location. The PM always had a can-do attitude. For several years, I've been wanting a pool. I found Anthony & Sylvan by searching over the web. Our pool is a Free form with no spa. The scuppers and length are my favorite. Also, Roy was always willing to help and never frustrated or angry with our concerns/questions. Phil, our sales guy, was quite patient, and even let us walk through options to help us determine if we wanted to go with A&S. The tile grout color we didn't choose, but was right on point. The suggestions when we voiced our design needs were right on point. I appreciate the flexibility and ideas to make our dream pool come true.
