We, my whole family, and everybody who saw the pool love the pool, love the craftsmanship, love the layout and their professionalism. I had been thinking about a pool for five years. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. They were the fourth company I actually got a quote from. I chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools because of their transparency, honesty, and the vibe I got from the salesperson. He did not try to oversell me or get me to do anything I didn't want to do. My pool is a collaboration design pretty much between what I wanted and what the salesman recommended. It's shaped like a Roman numeral, pretty much a rectangle but has rounded edges. I do have a spa. My favorite things are the shape, the placement, and the raised spa. I would like to recognize Jay, the salesman/design guy; Burt, the project manager; and Rene Stone. Jay met or exceeded expectations during the inception process from designing the pool and meeting with me. Burt met or exceeded expectations throughout the process of the pool build and in how he communicated with me, educating us on what the next step would be. Rene was the pool builder's secretary. She was the "go-to" person for me. She put everything together. She would tell me what my next step would be, what I would pay for next, and my balances. They met or exceeded expectations in communication with the project manager on the different crews or subcontractors that would come out to the house, and with the scheduling.
