I’ve been with Bryans for several years now. I like the service and staff.

For example, recently I had an issue with a intermittent rattle sound that was exceptionally hard to diagnose. After chasing it for a year and a diagnostic or two, we thought we had pinned the rattle down to a failing exhaust & so I had the system replaced (a dual exhaust system).

A day later I discovered the rattle had not gone away. I’ve spoken with both Josh & TJ at the service counter many times, and this time TJ got me back into the shop ASAP. I asked if it might actually be a failing vacuum line to the shift-on-the-fly 4WD actuators, as a buddy of mine recently had a similar issue with his truck (same make and model).

So, the truck did go back in the shop. Brad, the mechanic who found the failing exhaust system, was able to verify and track down the culprit as a failing vacuum line as well as for checking other possible problems. He repaired the system, and went with me on the final test drive to make sure all was well. It was a difficult & intermittent gremlin to track down, could have been caused by many problems, and I am thankful that Brad was so diligent in finding and fixing it and other issues he discovered in the repair sequence.

And, let’s just say that the final invoice was very very reasonable for the amount of time they put into finding and fixing a nagging problem.

Both TJ and Josh are great “Car Guys” to talk with and discuss possible problems and solutions with, and really good in working with their customers.

Brad (and anyone who may have helped him out back) did a great job on all the repairs.

Chris has a great team at Bryans, and is such a pleasure to talk to in the lobby or when he shuttles customers to-and-fro.

I’ve got three trucks or SUVs that I regularly service and maintain there. I keep coming back because its a great shop. Highly Recommend!
