It’s did come up that the name was a palindrome and i heard her say zero. 3 days later i had forgot about it but then did a google search for zerorez and it came up. Thought I’d mention this because your name is catchy. Anyways i booked online, got a price and scheduled. A confirmation text came up and i confirmed. The technician came, confirmed the number of rooms and got to work. I asked if he could add the stairs and he gave me a cost and got to work. I loved how easy everything was. No haggling or fussing with price. I didn’t even have to speak to a live person. Technician was friendly, efficient and did a great job. I’ll be using them again and recommending to friends for sure.
