This was the first time I've used Zerorez Socal.
I was interested in seeing how the process worked since they use their own water and steam cleans sucking up the dirt. I liked the fact that the technician was honest with me. He told me he would do his best, but can't guarantee that he could get certain stains out because they were deeply bedded. I appreciated that honesty. Because he was reading my body language, he said he wanted me to be completely satisfied, so if I wasn't satisfied, he would do it and not charge me anything. I told him no, that because of his honesty, I let him do it.
I liked the honesty and integrity - I love it, which is why I would refer them to someone else
and use them again.
Even though he wasn't sure he would be able to get the chair cleaned, he did get it cleaned, above and beyond my expectations.
I had already shampooed the two bedrooms with my scrubber, but it doesn't have a vacuum to soak up water, so I was interested in seeing if they'd be able to get up the dirty water that is left behind, and they were able to make it a little brighter.

I do wish that there was a substitution.
For example, if I had a small room where a bedroom couldn't be moved, so they only had a small space to clean. So, I wish they wouldn't have charged me as much for the small area rug I had.
That was the only thing I didn't like, is that since the special was for three rooms for a certain price per room. In my case, they only did one and a half rooms, and I had the small area rug that needed to be done. I wish I could have substituted the area rug, pricing it out as the third bedroom, but I wasn't able to do that, so I ended up paying more for the area rug than I did for the two rooms.
Otherwise, I was very happy. The technician was very accommodating, polite, and caring, which is a plus!
