Our first experience with Zerorez was quite pleasant. They cleaned quite a bit of carpeting in the house including the living room, dining room, hallway, stairs, and three bedrooms. We are pleased with the results. Scheduling them in for a cleaning appointment was easy. The technician was running a little late, but he called to say he'd stopped for gas and would be here shortly. It all worked out fine and the carpets look nice and clean. I recommend Zerorez! I've used other cleaning companies in the past and Zerorez did an impressive job.
