Terrible Company!
Booked this company a week in advance to come out and clean our large area rug. Needed the technician to be done by noon. They said the window was 10-12 arrival. I'm Ok with that. So asked to reschedule. They wanted to charge a $99 reschedule fee. Really? $99? I am in the service industry as well and we never charge a reschedule fee. Life gets in the way sometimes, companies need to understand that. THIS company does not. I have never heard of any company charging a reschedule fee, let alone a $99 reschedule fee.
They just lost my business and any of my friends business as well!
