Fair!
I have used Zerorez for about five years. This last time that they came out to clean the carpets they used a lot of water and it caused the carpets to buckle. I then had to call someone out to stretch the carpets and trim them to fix the buckling. I think if they used less water and more steam when cleaning this would not happen. To be honest I didn't realize the buckling was caused from too much water being used until I had them trimmed and the service guy showed me when he pulled the carpet up how much water was still remaining under my carpet. I did not call them about this because I had already taken care of it but it's highly unlikely that I would use them again. I was always under the impression that they just used steam but apparently, that is not the case. I think they need to find a process that would eliminate the excessive use of water!
