Zerorez has great service! I liked that they were very responsive and it was easy to make an appointment with them. The technician was prompt and came on time. I appreciated that he confirmed the appointment and notified me beforehand. He was professional, friendly, and courteous. I am happy they were able to get rid of the stains in my carpet and they did a great job cleaning. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. I would use them again in the future.
