We really like Zerorez. We always have the same areas that have to be cleaned--a family room, a few stairs, a long hallway, an office, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a closet. We've been using them probably for about fifteen years. I think the best part about them is that the stains don't wick back up like they do when we have used cleaners who are cheaper. I just think they are very good. They're always prompt. I think they're a little expensive, and that sometimes discourages other people to use them. But my son gave me their name and I've always used them. I wouldn't use anybody else.
