The cleaning service from Zerorez was a five on the rating scale. The issue I had was with pricing. I saw an ad online and called them before I bought the deal for cleaning two areas of carpet and the counters. The gentleman on the phone gave me a quote that was different from what was listed online.

I'm not sure I would recommend them. They weren't shady or anything. I'm just saying I got caught in the middle of what the person on the phone did on their end. They should uphold the price that the gentleman on the phone quoted, but they blew it.

The gentleman who cleaned the carpet couldn't be nicer. I've used them once before, but this last experience has ruined it for me. That's a bummer for them. They did a good job with the carpet, but the transaction was handled very poorly. They didn't offer me anything, not even to meet me in the middle. The gentleman on the phone even admitted that he misquoted me, and in that situation, I think they have to honor the price that was given.
