Zerorez gave me an accurate estimate and I liked that I could change my mind as to what exactly I wanted done, even after they got here, it wasn't a problem to change some things. The technician was very professional and friendly and he was very respectful of our home as far as protecting it from his tools and such. The cleaning job was just terrific I was really, REALLY pleased to see how clean it was! It came out A LOT better than I expected it to. I'm very very happy with how it turned out.
The technician, Juan, was really a great guy and he is an asset to the company. They should be proud to have him working for them.
