Before reading, please know profanity is in this review because the Regional Install Manager used profanity which is decribed below. I have had a $4,000 system installed in my Lexus and another $1,000 system in my Mercedes. I love the install so I do recommend their install, just NOT the west side location! Horrific customer service! My car sat for a month and the battery died, resetting my electeical system. This made my Focal speakers sound terrible like they were about to blow. They keep trying to charge me to simply fix the sound by using my display, after I have spent over $5,000 at their shop. After I argued about removing this $25 charge, the regional install manager, Cesar Navarrett, walked away from my father and I muttering under his breath, "I can't stand him $@!#% talking $@!#% about how to do my install." To another employee. I would request he be fired immediately, however, he is a manager so I don't see this happening. I suggest using ANY other custom sounds! Or not using them at all!
