I went to Custom Sounds to get a remote starter put in my wife’s car. I made an appointment and got there early and dropped it off. As the day progressed no one called to tell me it was done. I finally called and asked them if it was done about 30 minutes before they were closed. The guy that answered told me yes it was done and I could come get it. Since they closed in 30 minutes I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up so I left it there. I went the next morning and picked it up. Apparently they forgot to connect the wires back properly because the heat would not turn off it constantly blew and the temperature controller just spun around in circles also there were drops of solder all over my wife’s floor mat that was a special order. Of course we didn’t realize the heat issue until we got on the highway to see my stepson in Troy which is about an hour away. It was a huge hassle everyone was hot since we couldn’t turn the heat down or off. I called them to tell them about the issue never got an apology was just told to bring it in the next day which I did. We never got compensated or even and offer to replace the floor mats. It was all a huge fiasco and we will not do business with them again.
