Had a Sub woofer installed this spring, basically a base speaker box set into the back of my 2013 escalade cadillac. Had to bring it back next day due to feed back from the speaker. Was told it was from the sound dampeners in the car above the drivers door and that they would have to disconnect them, which they did. Now fall comes around and my auto temp system will not shut off A/C. Find out from Cadillac service that not only did Custom Sounds disconnect sound dampener but also temperature sensor. A $300 fix! Watch out, they don't know what they are doing.
