One of the worst experiences I've ever had with my car. I came in for two things on my aftermarket stereo in my Mercedes C300. One was a software update and the other was to hook up my bluetooth. I had an appointment but waited 2 hours before they even brought the car back. Then after being there from 1030 to 7pm come to find out they couldn't even fix the bluetooth. But, wait it gets worse. Not only did they not fix what I came in for, the control knob that operated the radio no longer worked although it worked just fine prior to. So I had to come back the next day so they can repair what they broke. Spent 6 hours waiting for my car just to find out they couldn't fix whatever they did! Not only that but now the interior lights and sunroof stopped working! A straight disaster, I will never patronize this business again.
