Went to the location on 1604 to get my trucks windows tinted. The back window bubbles up and the eye brow was in two pieces and actually looked like an eye brow. Had lines in the bottom of it from the edge of the roll. Went to the location on military drive to have it re-done, made an appointment, when I showed up I was told pretty much I was at the bottom of the list mainly because it was warranty work. Me being a salesman in the oilfield, when a customer has a problem with our work, it’s my main priority to fix it right then. Not put them at the bottom of the list so they have the opportunity to spread the word that we don’t do good work. They couldn’t even guarantee that it would even be fixed today, even after making an appointment. Overall bad experience and I’ll never be back for tint or system installation.
