I brought in an antenna and cable to have replaced. Turns out there was an adaptor that needed to be taken off so the install of the cable wasn't necessary. They could have taken the adaptor off and told me they completed the work and charged me full price and there is no way I would have known the difference but they didn't. They told me what they found and charged me only for the time. Their honesty will earn them repeat business from me. I know I can trust them.
