Called them up to have a plumber look at my sink. Was charged a flat service fee and a dispatch fee for 5 minutes of looking at a sink to tell me the clips were missing. I’m out almost $150 in fees before even getting repairs or materials.
I used to use Bovio where these fees would be rolled into the final repair bill, which was acceptable to me. Now they are flat fees and that practice is no longer in use
Never calling this company again.
