Bovio Rubino Service comes out at least twice a year for contracted maintenance and service. I've been dealing with them since the mid-two thousands. We had another property that they took care of. When my husband and I bought this house, we continued with the same company. Bovio Rubino Service always sends the same technician out so I feel like we've gotten to know him. I'm comfortable with the tech in my house. He does good work and he'll be back in the fall. I highly recommend Bovio Rubino Service.
