Bovio Rubino Service installed a new gas furnace for me. The installation technicians were very nice and pleasant to be around. The very unfortunate thing is that they neglected to tighten the gas lines. The next morning my wife went down to the kitchen and smelled gas and three of us had to evacuate the home. I immediately called Bovio and the gas company to get out and turn off the gas. While leaving a message for Bovio, the technician was calling me back. He arrived within 45 minutes to correct this very serious oversight. This second technician, that came out and took care of this issue restored my faith in Bovio. I have decided that I will use them again but if the two technicians that did the installation were to ever come back to my home I would ask them to leave. We didn't notice any gas leak the day of installation because it was warm and the furnace did not kick on until the next morning, which was a Saturday. Anyway, Bovio took care of the issue within forty-five minutes of giving them a call. Thank you to the second technician who came out and saved my faith in their services.
