I used Bovio for the first time last year and had Freon added to the unit. It worked great for the remainder of the summer. The unit is very old, and, again, had the same issue this year. I made an appointment on line which was very easy to do on a Friday and someone from the office called me Monday morning to confirm the appointment. Very pleasant to speak to and answered my questions. Doug was the technician and was very friendly and professional. My appointment slot time was between 12-4:00pm and he arrived punctually at noon! Perfect! I had the same great experience last year, too. He checked over my AC unit and recommended to think about a new unit when we’re able to. It’s over 30 years old so we know we’re pushing it just can’t right now. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever! He added Freon and it’s working just great again. We will definitely use Bovio to install our new Unit when the time comes! Woukd definitely recommend them!! Thank you!
