I had used another company for many years and recently have switched to Bovio Heating Plumbing Cooling Insulation. They were out in the past to work on my heating furnace and that technician was really very informative explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. When my air conditioning went out, which is the reason for this service call, I requested the same technician. I think they were very busy and they sent out a different technician but he was very informative, giving me options for repairing the air conditioning unit or replacing it. I appreciated the options given to me and decided to have him fix it and see how long it would last as a result. So far it is running and I think all due to the work that was put into it by Bovio. I am also happy with the decision to switch to them and hope to continue that relationship into the future.
