The people are courteous and professional. Plus we have a maintenance contract. Just recently, they checked our heating unit for the winter. They're always punctual and have a quick response. I don't know if their rates are comparable because I've never checked. They're just worth the money I pay. Making an appointment is easy to do. They're easy to work with.
