Bovio Heating Plumbing Cooling Insulation came through for me when other companies did not. The first time Bovio came through for me was when the temperature in the house was up to 94 degrees. The company who had installed my Lennox air conditioner had a "we will come with-in 24 hours" policy. However, when the house was at 94 degrees I called them that Friday and they said they could not come until Wednesday. I had a sick dog and he could not stay in the house with those temperatures. I didn't want to be in the house with those temperatures. After trying several companies who would not come out I called Lennox directly and they actually recommended that I call Bovio. Not only did they come out within a few hours but they opened the unit, knew exactly what part needed to be replaced, the technician said he had the part in the truck and did the repairs instantly. He said since the house was so heated it would take some time to get cool but it was fixed. I did have another service appointment where they cleared a condensation line and about a month after the line was cleared there was a flood in my basement. It was the first time ever that I had to file a homeowners' claim. I am a claims consultant. So with just having had the line cleaned and seeing that it was this line that leaked I wasn't very happy. I was set to work with a contractor to do a renovation on the house and I had to put that off. Don't get me wrong, I don't know if it was anything that Bovio did or not, I just know it was the line that they cleared that leaked and caused the flood in the basement so that was a bit unsettling. However, with how great their response time was when it was 94 degrees, that they knew immediately what part to fix and got it done and how professional and pleasant they were to work with I will continue to use Bovio Heating Plumbing Cooling Insulation.
