I am a new customer, since July 2019. So far I had two appointments with Bovio team. One was for the emergency A/C stopped working, and recent appointment was for my heater maintenance and A/C followup. Both times Damien Scott was handling our issues. First of all I have to mention that when my A/C stopped working, first thing I started to call those companies that advertise themselves everywhere, promising 24 hours service and emergency visits. Guess what, they could only schedule me in 24-48 hours window. So I found Bovio, and I am glad I did! Scott came in that same evening and fixed my A/C. And it was such hot day/night. Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable. He even explained to me some details from the scientific point of view. I now have a maintenance subscription, so I know my appliances are in the good hands.
