NO HEAT ON THE COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR!
Murphy's Law struck again... on the coldest day of the year our Heater broke down. AND of course, it didn't happen until after 5pm!! No Problem for Don T., he was able to fit us in and came out at 9:30pm. Got us up and running and even gave us a few tips to improve our HVAC system. We were toasty warm by bedtime. THANKS Don T.
