I am not happy with my most recent experience using Bovio Heating Plumbing Cooling Insulation. I have used them for the past two years and they were good before. My heater was having some issues so I had them come out. The technician that came out was very helpful, considerate, polite, and explained everything to me. However, I was told that I needed a new heater. Now, it's an old heater but it still works. I reached out to another service company who told me that it didn't need to be replaced, it just needed more airflow. I didn't like calling someone else, because I wanted to use Bovio. I called them back to speak with the tech that originally came out because I had some questions. I don't know if he ignored my message or if the person I gave the message to didn't relay it to him, but I never got a callback. I am very upset about the situation, especially since my issue was never corrected by them. I like Bovie and they have always come out when I needed them, and I will still consider them in the future.
