When I was going to bed I noticed my thermostat was on 62 degrees and the heat wouldn’t turn on, I had no heat in 4 degree weather and I called for service and they were here the next day. Problem fixed. It was a frozen pipe because we have a high efficiency heater. When the water can’t get out it shuts the heater off for safety.
