The pilot light had gone out for my water heater and I did not feel comfortable lighting it myself because it is gas. I called Bovio and Claire set up an appointment for someone (Tom) to come out the same day. I appreciated that very much because I did not have hot water at all.

I also appreciated Tom coming within the scheduled time. He lit the pilot light and advised me that my unit is very old and needs to be replaced. I was provided estimates for replacing my water heater.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bovio for heating/ plumbing/cooling service.
