Called Bovio in the am and they came out the same day which seems to be usual for Bovio. I had used Bovio at my daughters house and met Bob Quaile then. This time at my home, I was very happy to see Bob when I answered the door. He is very patient, friendly, and talented. I clearly remember smiling and saying, "Bob!" I knew that a very stressful day was about to be turned into a happy one, and that is exactly what happened. I will not even consider calling any other HVAC company than Bovio. I recommend them to everyone, even when I overhear strangers talking about HVAC issues. Thanks again Bovio and Bob Qualie!
