After returning home from a vacation, our heater was not working on the first floor and we knew that our ac unit stopped working in the fall so we definitely had to replace both units. Bovio sent out Ron Bovio to meet with me to discuss the options and he was very professional and understood the needs that we were looking for. His expertise and knowledge of all the systems was excellent. Our technicians arrived about two hours after our contracts were signed and the professionalism of both Sean and Rob was incredible. The work was explained thoroughly before they started and finished in a timely manner. They were respectful of my property, they cleaned up everything and were very polite and skillful.
