Ruth LaClaire was very pleased with the service Tom provided on both visit, dispatch and installation. Arrived on schedule and finished job in a timely fashion. Explained things as they were being done. cleaned up and had her sign documents and explained as he went along. Answered questions to the best of his ability and if he couldn't he called in when necessary. I rate the job in a whole, Excellent!! Michelle Adams
