Mixed Review

Very fast response with service call and prompt notice & arrival.
Would be 100% except one of the three issues was whether the boiler exhaust pipe could be insulated. Have no response from Bovio. That question for a professional heating contractor should take 5 minutes to 2 hours. Not five days. NO... WAY.
