While I had no issues or problems with my service call, I was rather upset that the company did not send Bob with the air filter I requested. Bob explained that he did not have my size in his truck and that I could obtain the filters at Home Depot. I did make a trip there, however, they do not stock (nor will they) my size filter. I have ordered them online, but they will take at least six days to get here. I do not appreciate my unit being without one for that length of time.
