Great customer service! Pro-tech was quick to set up a survey appointment, Tyler came to our home in Espanola and estimated what unit we would need to cool/heat our home. Within a day or two he sent over the proposal, we accepted and scheduled a date for the install. Tyler has been great with communication and promptly would respond to our questions and concerns. The installers Cornelius and Luis did a very professional job of installing our mini split. Very courteous and knowledgeable . After the install they hung around and went thru all the features and settings of the unit and how to operate. I would highly recommend Tyler, Cornelius and Luis for your heating and cooling needs, together they made the whole process really easy. These guys know what they’re doing. Thank you!
