In Taos we had few choices & the one we chose was horrible. Matt Madrid listened to my tale of woe, scheduled himself & another guy & got the problem (BIG) resolved. It hurt to spend the additional money but my mini-splits are working finally!!! Thanks Matt & crew...John Wilson, Taos, NM
