We had some problems with either our thermostat or the heater and called Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating. The young man they sent looked at everything. He cleaned all the contacts and was upfront about what he was doing. He did excellent work. He told us what he expected the problem could be and what part to order. We ordered the part. When it arrived, he came back well within the time frame he estimated and installed it. When I say he was right on time, I mean right on time. He showed up exactly when he said he would even though we have a difficult address to find. We haven't had any more problems since he installed the part. Hopefully, we won't have to call them back anytime soon. Way back when we first bought the house, we used Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating one time for the heating system. We were so impressed by them that we knew we had found the right company to call anytime we had problems in the future.
