I've had Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating out to my house twice and am not satisfied with their work. They came out to check on an error code our HVAC system was giving us, and the technician said he had taken care of it. We continued to have the same problem. The second time a technician came out and did an evaluation of our HVAC system and said it was working well. It doesn't, it does not keep the house cool enough or warm enough. The technicians were courteous and professional, but we did not get the results we expected. I don't think we will use them again.
