Our project entailed the replacement of the heating and air conditioning systems in each of 64 units in our apartment complex, including permitting and inspection by the City of Santa Fe. The project was started on time and completed without any problems. The crews were exceptionally professional in their work and their interactions with the tenants. We received no complaints from any tenants. Since the completion of the project we have been able to use both parts of the new systems (heating and air conditioning) and both have worked perfectly. The communication with us was excellent, there were no confusions or misunderstandings. The bid they gave us was the price we paid, they had done a very good pre-bid inspection and fully understood the project before they submitted their bid. We would recommend Pro-Tech to anyone and everyone who is contemplating work on or replacement of their HVAC system.
