Well, I must admit I was very nervous having another HVAC company come to the house to fix a condensation leak on our mini split. Patrick talked to me on the phone for about 30 minutes on a plan of action and to get the specifics of what has been happening. The tech came out and was on time. Explained the issues and solutions to me with pictures along the way of areas that where not normally visible. He fixed the problem without over charging for parts that where not needed, and then reassured me that if anything went wrong or we had more leaking to call and they would come back. I am very impressed with the way you all do business. I wish others in SF would have the same integrity. Thank you very much for your help. We finally have AC again, and without any trauma! What a relief.
