Mario checked our central AC system inside and out, to make sure it was working safely and efficiently. He performed all the required maintenance and didn't find any unexpected problems. He answered all my questions in a clear and understandable manner. He communicated effectively and was friendly and respectful. I felt very good about the service we received.
