Unlike prior years it took several attempts to get a response to my request for routine filter change and equipment inspection. When the technician arrived he was ill prepared given that the office had not provided him the necessary technical details system and filter sizes. I asked the scheduler to make sure of this which she confirmed. Took the technician an inordinate amount of time and a follow up visit to finish the work. He was very pleasant and accommodating given the circumstances.
